Brissa Chapa, originally from Coahuila, Mexico, is the founder and CEO of Chapa Services. With training in Marketing and Business Administration from Tec Saltillo, he has developed a career specializing in taxes since his arrival in the United States in 2007. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2009 and continually trains in tax areas. Brissa enjoys advising on business and tax issues in the United States.
